Terms of Use

The terms on which ARIA OS is offered while it is in private beta.

Effective 3 September 2026 · Last updated 3 September 2026

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of aria-os.studio and the ARIA OS application. ARIA OS is operated by CeraNova AI, an Australian company. By using either, you agree to them. If you use ARIA OS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. ARIA OS is in private beta

This matters more than the usual boilerplate, so it is second rather than buried:

  • Access is by invitation. Registration is closed. Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not entitle you to one.
  • The beta is free of charge. Pricing has not been set. If a plan is introduced, you will be told what it costs and given the choice before anything is charged.
  • Features may change or be withdrawn.A capability marked “coming soon” is not a commitment to ship it.
  • There is no uptime commitment. We aim for the service to be available and will tell you about planned interruptions, but we do not offer a service level during the beta.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. Do not share credentials. Tell us promptly at hello@ceranovaai.com if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised or being used in breach of these terms.

4. Your content is yours

You keep all rights in the content, media and data you put into ARIA OS. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it so the service works for you, and to generate content at your instruction, where you use that feature. We claim no ownership of your content, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not use it to advertise.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for the content you publish through the platform being lawful and accurate.

5. Content generated by AI

Where ARIA OS drafts content, it produces a draft. Generated text can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for publication, and it enters a review queue rather than going live by itself. You are responsible for what you publish, including anything a model wrote. Review before you approve.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use ARIA OS to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights
  • publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or that impersonates another person or organisation
  • send unsolicited bulk messages
  • attempt to access another customer’s data, or to circumvent access controls
  • probe, scan or load-test the service without our written agreement
  • resell or sublicense access without our agreement

Security research is welcome, but talk to us first. Report anything you find to hello@ceranovaai.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it.

7. Third-party services

ARIA OS connects to services you authorise: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and the channels you publish to. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We access them only within the permissions you grant, and you can revoke that access at any time; see the privacy policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of ARIA OS. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice. During the beta the service is provided as it is, and we may need to interrupt it at short notice.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using ARIA OS at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the beta. On closure we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your content before deleting it, subject to the retention periods in the privacy policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: ARIA OS is provided without warranties of any kind during the beta; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which, during a free beta, is nil.

This is a real limitation and we would rather state it plainly than hide it. If it is not acceptable for what you intend to use the platform for, do not rely on the beta for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use ARIA OS after a change means you accept it.
